Exam overview

” Japanese NAT-TEST ” is a test to judge the Japanese language proficiency of Japanese language learners whose native language is not Japanese. Japanese language proficiency is comprehensively evaluated by tests in three areas: “Character/Vocabulary,” “Listening Comprehension,” and “Reading Comprehension” for each of the five grades (levels). The standard and structure of the questions are almost the same as the Japanese Language Proficiency Test (Japanese Language Proficiency Test, JLPT).

Exam overview

Over 20 years of experience both domestically and internationally

The Japanese NAT-TEST is based on the know-how of the “Japanese Language Proficiency Test,” which has been conducted twice a year not only in Japan but also overseas, such as China, Taiwan, and South Korea, since the first test was conducted in 1989. The questions are written based on this. The Japanese Language Proficiency Test is adopted as one of the classes at many Japanese language schools and Japanese language education facilities, and is actively used for evaluating students’ grades and providing career guidance.
